You can return an item for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the non-embroidered item and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Shipping charges are the Customer's responsibility for exchanged and returned items.
Personalized or Embroidered items are non-returnable. Shipping Charges for the original order or for returns are not refundable.
Any item you return must have all original tags, be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it. Please include a copy of your Invoice or Packing List with your return, a Return Authorization or RA# is not needed.
